I just recently switched from an iPhone 7 to an 11 and the app worked perfectly on the old phone, but now I keep getting error messages and can not log in or even use the “continue as a guest” to order a to go order. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, but no luck. Help!
So we wanted to call ahead and get in wait list as it was a Saturday night. So we used the app. What a waste of time. They say it’s not a reservation, but I was thinking it would be getting our name on list so we wouldn’t have to wait as long. Nope, we got there, showed them our confirmation number from app and then they put us on the wait list. We waited 1 for and 5mins to get a table. I wasn’t expecting a table right when we arrived cause they said the wait time on the app would be about 30-45 min wait from when we put our name on wait list on the app, I figured travel time of 30 mins so I expected a wait time of about 15 mins. So really... the app is useless!!!!
The app appears to work fine on my iPhone XR. Created account, created order, all without issue, but when going to checkout there is no option to add a gift card as a form of payment. How do you not make this a payment option!? I have to work this afternoon and had planned to order ahead for pick up for New Year’s Eve dinner for my wife and I, but if I can’t use the gift card we received as a Christmas gift, then it’s pointless.
I like the app but only 1 wrong thing is when requesting a reservation it doesn’t give us option of how long or far we are from restaurant and only gives us 5 minutes to be there but other than that great.
I order carry out maybe once every two weeks or so and every other time I do it we will all spend 15 minutes going over the menu and deciding what we all want only for the app to not allow us to check out at the end. It gives us an error saying to call the store at least half of the time. And then I have to hear that horrible music they play on the phone that was recorded by some random county dude. Please lord make the music stop
