I’m not normally into meditation but due to a very stressful job I thought I’d try it. I downloaded some other apps first but they’re pricey subscriptions and I wanted to try it out for a while. This was awesome and even helped my stress headache a little. The leader had a nice soothing style and I liked the feeling of connection with 129 other people. The visualization bubbles are lovely and calming. I’ll be continuing this and I’d even pay a subscription especially if it could grow to twice a day. Ten minutes is a perfect time frame. I hope I can get some other people here at my job to try it. Thank you to the developer ❤️ (Revised to add - a real-time error reporting mechanism would be nice; had no sound today)

I’ve tried meditation apps and I just find them so overwhelming, ironically. You have to choose a meditation to listen to and all this other stuff and it honestly feels like work to me. So with this app I like that you don’t have to make an account and it doesn’t keep track of how many meditations you do or don’t do. When I’m free at 3pm, I show up for 10 minutes and that’s it! I don’t have to make any decisions. I also find the live, group aspect interesting... I hadn’t realized how isolating meditating by yourself can feel. I mean.. I know that’s the point, but I’d still rather not feel alone. Anyway, I’m pretty confident I’ll stick to this app!

I have never been able to make meditation work for me. I’m not sure this is true mediation or mindfulness, but it has helped my mind quiet down the jumpy “squirrels” in my head and allow my mind to calm down. I have been using this for about two months now, and I come to realize it has made my life better. What more can one ask for?! Only improvement I ask is to make it easier to give comments/feedback to our mediation session leaders. Overall if you’re considering trying it, it’s free and it only takes 10 minutes per session. Not much to invest and much potentially to gain.

This is a wonderful gift by the people who made the app and those that run the meditation sessions. What is it? Free scheduled group 10 minute meditations with people all over the world. You have at least twice a week opportunity to participate. There is no catch. No sign up. No gimmick. Just them being generous and providing fantastic meditations. I just finished meditating with 82 people from around the world. Feel like meditating on your own? Open the app and follow the screen with the breathing instructions. It's a beautiful design. I was weary at first as well. Now? I love it!

I didn’t quite understand the concept when I first downloaded this app. But after “tapping in” to my first session it was really humbling. Not only does it come at the perfect time during the work day, live meditation is not something you usually can do without going to a studio. Download this today! You won’t regret it. 10 minutes during your day is no time at all to take a few minutes for your mind. Keep on keeping on! ❤️
