Survey2019 generates findings of deficiency by providing a pop-up scrolling list of common hospital physical environment findings of deficiency for the surveyor to select from. There are similar pop-up scrolling lists for selection of common hospital locations and selection of hospital floor level. Once you have used these features to create your finding and you are satisfied with the text of your observation just click the "Add Finding To List" button and the observation is added to your list of findings. This list of findings of deficiency can be sent via email at any time by tapping the "Send List of Findings" button on the view that displays the list of observations. ALSO...Survey2019 users may now add their own finding templates to the scrolling list of common hospital physical environment deficiencies by tapping the "Add Template" button at the bottom of the main view and entering their own customized descriptor tags and finding narratives.
