Store Performance Index shows overall performance of your app on app stores. It is based on combined ASO & reviews metrics.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app is probably the most intuitive, useful, user-friendly app that I’ve ever used. As a graphic designer, nutrition coach and also someone who knows the struggles of eating with food sensitivities and autoimmune conditions I really can’t think of anything they’ve left out. Plus they’ve already added more features in the month I’ve been using the app. It will help you leave out foods you dislike or can’t eat, it will help you grocery shop, find restaurants, give you recipes and prep times...it’s seriously amazing! I will be telling everyone about this app!
The free recipes this app provides look fantastic! There is a nice mix of desserts and meals. Everything is pretty healthy and all specifics of what to use and how to make the foods are included. This app even includes a rate of how highly they recommend the food depending on nutrition levels. They still provide the less healthy options even if they don t fully recommend them. I recommend this portion of the app if you re looking for new recipes you don t feel guilty for making and eating!
The main reason I got this app is to see what restaurants near me offered keto friendly options. I mean I can pretty much do that on my own, but it’s nice to have a cheat sheet. Well, I can be sitting in a particular restaurant and even turn off all restrictions and it can’t find the stupid restaurant. It’s just a frustrating waste of my time to try to find the restaurant etc etc and I have done all the prompts but still nothing. So this app is entirely useless to me, as all the other apps already offer recipes and tracking according to specific diet. Now if they fixed whatever is causing it to not function properly I might download it again.. but as things are it’s a waste of space and time.
I've been using this app for a few days now and overall, it's been a great app with a lot of unique and helpful tips. The food is good and does not feel like you're on a diet. The meal suggesting is amazing. The recipes are very delicious and the fact that you have tailor however you want it is amazing. The meal plan is outstanding. There are so many healthy fantastic recipes that are healthy and truly delicious. This app is perfect for those who need to eat healthier and have a better diet.
Twice I’ve been reassured that the nutritional information portion was being revamped due to it being so confusing and vague. While the recipe itself will say, for example, 4 servings the nutritional information will be for either 4 oz or “small portion” with nothing to indicate how much a small portion is. The glitchy menu planner only lets me scroll through a few recipe choices that may or may not be recommended for whatever diet I chose even though I paid for the premium version. I liked the fact that I can put in foods I’m allergic to or don’t like and that it has a restaurant planner but ultimately nowhere near worth the money.
