The app is good but I would rather have the old app since it had the instant balance feature. I hope they bring that back!
Got a call from a representative and they walked me through the app and trying to fix the problem and once I “signed up” I could see my account, but I wasn’t actually logged into the app and I still can’t log in! EDIT: I was able to log in and everything is working great now!
A kind person at Stockman talked me through setting up password etc. I thought taking pics of my check would be as easy as with old app. New “improved, updated” app didn’t like any of my pics. Kept saying endorsement must be clearly visible even though you could plainly see it. Then it kept saying to flip check over but didn’t like when I did that either. What am I missing here? Will be driving my check to the bank tomorrow!
This online banking is so much better than the old one! There was a bit of a hiccup logging in the first time but the girls at the branch were super helpful and got it figured out in a few minutes.
The new update has obliterated their customer service on their phone lines. You can’t log into your accounts due to the way they set up your user name. Their app won’t send the emails to get your account info. Major fail on the app designers part. Big thumbs down.
