User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
For a bank, this app should be much more user friendly with better banking features and functionality. Overall, the app’s functions are pretty limited to the basics, like checking your balance. So if you want to do any actual banking from your devices, you’ll probably be disappointed. You’re better off just going to one of the branches or calling customer service (which is helpful, but can take a while to actually speak with someone). Unfortunately, this isn’t helpful if you work all day and can’t get there, don’t have time to waste being on hold with customer service, or it’s after hours and you need to get things done. Also, the app seems to work OK on my iPhone, but continues to say “Service Failure” every time I try to login from my iPad. I’ve deleted and reloaded it several times, but nothing ever changes. The app description shows iPad functionality, but it doesn’t appear to be accurate.
I don’t understand why Touch ID is not working... when it was working before.. what’s the point of having an app if your can use Touch ID.. I might as well just go online to online banking and type in the stupid log in.
Upgraded my iPhone from 5S to an 8 Plus now Touch ID no longer works with the application. Otherwise, this app has a simple and uncluttered interface. This makes it easy to find account information and perform simple tasks like transfers.
Every time I try to login to the app, it tells me that User Blocked but my account is fine. I can get to it from any computer, the issue is only with the app. Please investigate and fix!! This just began occurring, I have not had any prior issues with it
Touch ID or Face ID doesn’t work but it gives you the option to select it. It’s frustrating having to enter user name and password every time you open the app.
