User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This was a great accompanying app to my SecuritySpy installation. With the release of this new version, Notification of motion triggers no longer work. Disappointing. Hopefully the developer will fix this issue. If so, will upgrade my rating.
I’ve used the previous versions. The new version by a new developer is, unfortunately, useless. It fails when credentials are entered and pops up an error message that has no text but does have an X to close the window. There is no response from the developer on this. I now have to find an alternative solution to work with Securityspy or dump it and use an alternative.
I been using old spyglass for years and it work like a charm, so I decided purchase the new version, but ptz and pinch to zoom don't work just like demo version. Don't waste your money on the pay version it work exactly like the demo version.
I got this specifically to use with my watch. When I click on the app on the watch, it spins, then crashes back to the home screen. Useless.
Works on the phone but doesn’t on the watch.
