What is sploot? Sploot is a pet parent led community app with over 10k pet parents raising dogs & cats. Parenting dogs is super fun, but can also be super exhausting. Our dogs are like pet children to us, but the support network around pet parenting is yet to reach the level of human child care services. Mission: At Sploot we make you a better pet parent. We do this through educational pet content, a supportive pet parent community, and the discovery of products and services that can help make life easier for you and your dog. Our journey started in 2019, when our founders Garima and Arnav decided they wanted to make a change in the pet care space. After speaking to hundreds of dog parents in India, they understood that while all dog parents want to give the best possible care to their dog they are not always able to. Sploot is an effort to bridge that gap. We believe the best pet parenting advice comes from other pet parents. So, we work hard on making sure there are pet parents with diverse perspectives on the app who can help answer any questions you have related to your dog. Features: Who is the app for? 1. Parents of Pets with Special Needs: For people who need to be meticulous about keeping records for their dog and need to pay extra attention to their pet’s wellness. Never miss another bathing day or vaccination appointment, because we keep track of all your pet’s important days! We also offer custom dog nutrition plans. 3. Long-time Pet Parents: For people looking for an easier, more organized way of taking care of their pets. Sploot offers many pet services like dog training, dog walking and fresh dog food delivery services for dog owners. We have trained and certified professionals who can be trusted to provide quality pet care for your dog! Community Feature of the Sploot app The Sploot app offers a platform to pet owners to ask questions and get answers to their everyday pet queries. We have over 10,000 active pet owners sharing pearls of wisdom from their experiences as a dog parent!
