User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app has ability to upload a photo instead of only just active camera like a lot of other color apps, so I went ahead and bought it. But there is no way to pinpoint a specific area to find the color you’re looking for. It just creates a general theme and seems random, annoying you cannot select a specific spot on the picture to find out color, as that was the only reason I purchased this app. Wish they had better description explaining it doesn’t do that. Hope developers add that feature in, otherwise I will have zero use for this app
