Super useful and if any problems - for example I accidentally placed an order before I had added everything to my cart - customer service is so easy to reach and will fix any issues immediately. Highly recommend!

When it works it’s very nice. At this moment, being late is acceptable but not ignored. I’ve sent many messages and never got an answer back.

Great service, you can literally follow your order in real time. Add a feature for customers to insert their building’s digicode (so that the deliver person doesn’t have to call us) and it’s perfect!

Never got my food, the app never updated to tell me where the food was, I never heard a response when I complained and asked for a refund. I’ve never had a delivery app completely rip me off, but that is what happened in Zurich.

If you hit the order by mistake there is no way to change yr order or add to your order, no one to help you. Orders arrive ALWAYS later than the eta.
