Nice app for people who suffer from insomnia. If you want to sleep better, I recommend this app.
I love that her voice is calming and is easy to understand. I like that the app loops because I have such bad insomnia that I listen with earbuds all night. Yes, I have learned to sleep on my back (with a memory foam mattress topper). I like listening to someone talking because it helps me focus and not have as bad of a time with racing thoughts. I also like that the volume of the voice, background music and hypnotic sounds “binaural beats” can be adjusted independently of each other. I also love the anxiety app. It is so worth the $1.99 for the binaural booster. It helps me go to sleep and get back to sleep when I wake up at night.
I haven't been awake for the end of this app yet, but that's the point, isn't it? What I have heard is a very well designed app. I find the woman's voice endearing. The other sounds are very effectively mixed with a script that sometimes makes sense and then almost becomes nonsense--creating the sense that you are dreaming and already asleep. The paid app is reasonably priced and has features that I use and appreciate.
I attempted to upgrade to pro with the in app upgrade and was charged but app did not upgrade. I had to purchase in the App Store and was charged again. I wanted the upgrade for the binaural beats. The app does not recognize Bluetooth connected wireless ear phones, so I am not able to use the binaural beats anyway! I finally got reimbursed for the double charge after a long phone call. I have several apps from this developer and they are all the same. I would love them if I was able to use them as advertised!
I like this app. If you have some troubles with sleeping like me, I recommend it to you.
