Basically, to read the parshat hashavua twice and it's translation once. It's not always as easy as it sounds though. Can't hold a Chumash on the busy subway, can't remember what aliyah you're up to? Use Shnayim to keep track of the aliyahs you've completed by simply checking off the aliyah you've finished. You can also go back years to see your history. You'll be more ready for Shabbat than ever!

There's no better way to do shnayim mikrah than with Shnayim!
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app helps me work towards this difficult goal and I thank you for doing even what you have already done! That being said. I find I often cannot finish an entire Aliyah before something interrupts me and I have no way of finding where I left off. The ability to check off individual pseukim would be very helpful to me. One other thing that may be more difficult would be a red yellow green type system for unread, read once, read twice. As I open the app up whenever I get a chance such a level of detail would be a great help but I realize it may be difficult. Thank you!
With the new cycle just starting trying to find an app that works for me was hard. I just finished my first portion and I can say that I would give it 5 stars if it had 2 of the following options. 1. Having the pasuk twice so you can just continue the flow. 2. Change font style and size. Other than that works like a charm and best thing yet you can mark off what you finished !!
Thank you for providing this terrific app! Any chance you can add in the ability to see the Hebrew pesukim twice before the Targum? That would make it perfect!
I just discover this app and it’s exactly what I’ve wished for as I’ve always struggled to keep track of which parshas I’ve completed Etc. I would request that you have a feature to display each pasuk twice as most shnayim mikra sefarim do so there’s no need to remember if you’re read it once or twice.
This app is great! It’s simple, clean and easy to manage learning Shnayim Mikrah. Low star reviewers seem to not be familiar with Onkolos. The space clearly marks the pasuk from the onkolos. Pasuk has trope. Onkolos is aramaic and has easy ways to know it’s not the Hebrew pasuk. 5 stars!
