App continually crashes while viewing camera, other then that it works good.
I am not sure why others are having issues, probably network based or perhaps it’s their phone but the app works great. I record to the cloud which is convenient and the app alerts me to motion. The covert camera is great, no one ever knows it’s there. Support is also great
App for IOS does not install. I’ve downloaded and installed the SG Home. Upon clicking open I select the Sign Up option which presents me with a screen for email address, name, password and verify password. I click Done which returns me to the previous screen with no type of verification or progress bar. Just the screen. I’ve tried installing from various sites with the same result. Very frustrating. Also I’ve sent three emails to customer support 6 days ago and no reply.
Seller wouldn't allow last review.. there are no working push notifications for this app. Support for this app is horrible. Can only be contacted via email. Rec'd email that the notifications have been updated but still don't work
Tech support is very poor. Downloaded app and put in email and password and there is no button to move forward. There is a problem with the app. Needs bugs cleared out
