User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
The app requires an Internet connection to open. All of the diagrams and Interactive elements require an Internet connection. Called customer service and they said that they don't really support any off-line features. Might as will just use the web browser on your laptop.
I can read their ebooks, but the app fails whenever I try to download books or chapters. I submitted a bug report and am awaiting Rowan Technology’s fix.
