This app is so different from others out there! It stops when your goal is DONE! The other apps just keeps going even after it said your fasting is done. Totally recommend this app and I’ve tried many others that don’t do the same!
I used to use a another popular app for tracking fasts, but after an update, they wanted me to sign up, login, etc. I just want to track my fasts. This app is perfect for that.
Easy to use and good way to get started with fasting. The fork and spoon clock makes me laugh every time I open the app because it reminds me how much snacking I didn’t do throughout the day.
I deleted Zero after the last upgrade. Found this app via Reddit. So happy cause since losing the old Zero app I wasn’t as vigilant about watching my fasts, but am back in the saddle.
Can you count to 24 then great you don’t need this app! Doesn’t help with anything that a calendar reminder couldn’t do! Doesn’t help when you forget to start the timer, won’t let you start it for the day before. Waste of memory space don’t download.
