User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
For someone who has pain all over their body, and is trying out this new “nerve therapy,” it would be much nicer to have all of the apps combined into one, instead of having to download 6 different apps to get the use out of them. At least one option like that would be nice to have. Still have your separate apps, but it would be nice to have one option of having them combined. This way it will also take up a whole lot of less space on my phone and it will only take up the space of 1 app place on my phone, instead of taking up 6 app places on my home screen. I love your apps and they are “somewhat starting to work” for me. Thank you!
The pictures often show both sides of the neck at once so left/right discrimination can't happen. I tried emailing the company asking for a refund and to get the shoulder one instead but they won't respond. And the "app support" link in the App Store leads to a dead page.
