Use with caution. The concept of this app is good, but unfortunately it rarely works. Often when scanning travel on a bus route, the app is unable to recognize very popular routes. This will leave you unable to pay and could put you at risk for getting ticketed.
I tried using the app, and I thought it was a great idea, that you can just refill the Rav Kav in the app, especially after December 18th, 2018 when bus drivers stopped accepting money. Problem is, it doesn’t work, at least not with the credit cards. I tried using two different credit cards from two different companies and two different brands and it still didn’t accept either one of them. I don’t know if it’s a problem with only US credit cards, as I’m from there, but in any case, it doesn’t work for me. If you have an Israeli credit card, go ahead and try the app, maybe it’ll accept, but American ones don’t work. I’ll give it an extra star for the idea, but please, please fix this. If you do, the app could be so good. If all of the Dan buses I’ve been on advertise this app, please make it a working experience. If you can spare the time and resources to make all of the animations and transitions in the app smooth, please spend time on this problem.
Utterly useless when it won’t even accept credit card info. Something has to be wrong with the app if both my credit cards that have been accepted by other public travel apps in multiple countries declined this app.
This would have been a cool app but there are bugs in literally every step of the process and unfortunately it has screwed me over too many times to use.. Very unreliable.
Love the idea but none of the credit cards I entered work - both american and Israeli! Please fix this
