If your just starting to workout for the first time, you have plateaued with your benching weight, or your just getting back into working out again this is the app for you. Because of the 3 options to initially pick from you can select a routine that will be beneficial for you as long as your honest with yourself. Don't jump right to an advanced routine when your not ready for it. Unless your completing the entire routine, or at least going to failure during each set if you aren't able to finish the entire set, your not going to maximize your ability to progress in routine selections as proficiently. As long as you follow the routines, consume a proper diet, and get adequate sleep you will be more than happy with the results.
I have several of this developers fitness apps, and I'm impressed by the results I'm seeing in my workouts. These workouts are time based instead of the usual set/rep mix, which I've modified to suit my preference, but this is a great approach for beginners. Definitely check them out.
Need to add a way to input the NUMBER of pushups after each set. Then keep track in a chart/graph by name (if more than one person is using app). This would help you track progress. Timer should have a beep or noise when it hits zero (0). Should have a way to change the seconds intervals.
This workout is very hard, but it will give you results just after one work out my arms feel like lead. I am looking forward to their ab workouts
After tough push-ups it gives u easier ones and then hard again,really seeing progress
