I have tried to contact you via your website and the link tells me it can not connect. This was a total waste of money as your instructions make it more complicated than manually measuring pupil distance. When holding the camera as instructed, the taped card is not centered as you picture.
I was pretty skeptical about checking measurements for glasses via mobile app. But it work and very accurate. Instead of going to doc snd paying for a visit it’s so much-much better to measure yourself and order glasses online. Highly recommend trying!
I buy all my glasses online due to price and variety. getting the eye Sph. Cyl. and Axis is no problem from a visit but PD is normally given to fit glasses. This app confirmed the PD i already had (it was exact) and gave me a tool to get my wife’s and kids. Will save me $$ in perpetuity.
Impossible to keep the angle at 0 degree angle when you’re not looking at it. Perhaps a signal tone to let you know you’re at 0 would help. I’ve measured 4 times and gotten 4 different measurements. I’m afraid to use this info to order glasses on line and have the lenses cut wrong.
Don’t waste your time or money with apps like this. The accuracy just on par with what you can do manually with the help of a friend. I tried several times and results that varied by 5mm.
