“Write injuries in dust, benefits in marble”
Benjamin Franklin

Our biggest undertaking yet. We are proud to add the KNEE version to our already series of successful PT and OT apps. This innovative app, focusing on the knee, includes 39 exercises (listed below) designed by therapists that enhances and simplifies the rehabilitation experience for both the patient and therapist. This app is also appropriate to be used by anybody wishing to improve targeted muscle development.

The app eliminates patient confusion about any aspect of the exercise routine created specifically for their injury by their health professional. For the therapist it simplifies the creation of the exercise routine and provides the opportunity to confirm that the patient is performing their rehabilitation as prescribed. Never before has this level of exercise coordination been achieved that provides a better understanding and communication between the therapist and the patient. No longer is there any reason for the patient to leave the therapist’s office with just a piece of paper to describe the exercises to perform. This app will hasten the individuals return to activities of daily living, their job or to the sport they love.

Knee problems are very common. They occur in people of all ages and can have a big impact on your life. With over 10 million patient visits each year, knee injury is one of the most common reasons people see their doctors. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the knee joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci, and bones forming the joint. The complexity of the design of the knee joint and the fact that it is an active weight-bearing joint are factors in making the knee one of the most commonly injured joints. The exercises in this app were created under expert supervision of professionals in the field. To avoid injury you should always work with a therapist before performing these exercises.

FEATURES:

* Create a Custom exercise plan for unlimited users

* Purchase once and allow many users for each device. I am currently seeing a physical therapist for knee issues as well as shoulder issues. Doing my prescribed exercises at home had been hit or miss until I bought this app and the shoulder version. Since the exercises are described in detail; there is animation to follow; and the app counts for me, I do all of the work I am supposed to be doing. This app is exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you!
