I am currently seeing a physical therapist for knee issues as well as shoulder issues. Doing my prescribed exercises at home had been hit or miss until I bought this app and the shoulder version. Since the exercises are described in detail; there is animation to follow; and the app counts for me, I do all of the work I am supposed to be doing. This app is exactly what I was hoping for.
