User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Even with Today’s update 5APR19 I am still unable to open the current issue. Keeps giving an error when loading any page.
With the newer updates it is does help having the loading screen but having to use two fingers to scroll and navigate is nearly impossible. It’s not worth the trouble reading the articles. Every mobile magazine and page in the world can use a single finger to navigate and two fingers to zoom except for this one.
The app is easy to use but lacks a search function that the website has and you cannot download the entire issue at once as you need to swipe through every page.
This version is cumbersome, long load times, or it says its done loading and all you have is a blank white screen. Understood. You lost / could not renew the previous license. Then get a better developer. Isn’t your goal to get the info down to the user. I used to recommend the app to all full time personnel. Now I highly discourage it to include its deletion. We’re the army. Find a solution.
The first iteration of the PS Mag app was way easier to use. This version needs improvement. You cant scroll through the issues as easily. If you magnify the issue to greater than 100% so that you can see/read it on a smaller phone, you can’t move it at all.
