User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Protein Bar has now lost at least 5 orders from me due to this horrible app. To add to it, when I called to place the order the old-fashioned way, the person on the phone refused to take my order and sent me directly back to the app.
This is a great app for ordering at Protein Bar and Kitchen. It’s easy to use, not glitchy, and allows you to customize your order to the nth degree. The one criticism I have is that is doesn’t include a description of the menu items or nutrition info, so you either have to guess what’s in a dish based on the name, or go find the ingredient list on their website.
Crazy that I must order 30 min in advance. Prevents me from ordering during my commute, which I do with apps of other restaurants in the area. Reduce this down to 15, or just let someone order and tell them it may not be ready in 15. UI is also very old and could use some updates. Has weird issues like inability to double eggs and do egg whites at same time, and slowly loads inputs made previously.
Works as expected. Easy to order ahead using the app so my order is ready when I arrive.
However - Sometimes the rewards scanner is glitchy. It will have a loading symbol spinning in the middle and you cannot scan.
