Al Ansari Exchange Send Money

Seriously this app is very useful. But onething, why do you not have this facility through your website/portal? It will be more convenient and secure. My only worry every time when I send money is, entering my credentials in online banking portal after I am being redirected by this app. Because there is no way for me to verify if I am on the correct banking portal or a phishing site, before entering the credentials as long as there is no URL bar with SSL certificates appearing in the App. If you can make it in the web portal itself in addition to the app I will be more than happy and it will be more confident.

I am working in the oil field in far disert area. It was really diffcult to send money to home. Where i dont near access to any money exchanger neither do i have to go out and send money. But thanks to alansari app. It really made very easy for me. Very easy I need to transfer the amount to alansari bank account and within minutes it transfer to my home country.. i recommend to use this app.. you will love it..

I’m so glad that finally there’s a way to pay through card. I have downloaded this long back but since I’m using liv by emirates nbd bank, digital banks are not included. But now they have added this option to pay via debit/cc I don’t have to go in any branches to send money. It’s just a little pricey that’s why i put 4stars. I hope next time you will charge same along with other options to pay. Thanks alot al ansari!

For 15 years in Dubai, Al ansari Exchange is always my preference to transfer money to the Philippines. I never had any problem on money transfer, but visiting the branches is a little bit inconvenience because of a long que. Well for me long que means people trust them. I never thought i will use the app as im confortable to get a paper receipt with the stamp and cashier signature. But when the lockdown and move restriction was implemented I started to use the app. My experience when using the app was excellent. It was very easy and money got credited instantly while im sitting at home. Thank you and im looking forward to utilizing more of your services and the continued relationship. I highly recommended this app.
