When trying to view cards in a list longer than the screen. You have to find a place that is just right to scroll up, then when you do scroll up the person last on the list you can’t click on to bring up their card. This app needs to be completely re-done.

We’re in Idaho on the Mountain Health Co-op Link Gold that U of U Health administers. This app loads and displays our cards but, there is nothing else in the app that makes mention of our plan or any other plan that covers people outside of Utah. The app is clunky when you try to tap on items it often doesn’t respond (iPhone 7plus in perfect condition). All of this means that we cannot use the app for anything other than to have a digital copy of our cards handy.

The app has my card, but I’m not able to see other cards for the rest of my family. And there is no way of finding or requesting insurance cards through the app or the online website. Both need a serious overhaul.

I downloaded the app and logged in for the first time, then pressed “view card.” I was given an error message saying the card didn’t exist. I tried to go back to the home screen but it glitched and shut down. When I restarted the app to try again it said my login information was incorrect. Deleting and re-downloading the app didn’t help.

App is basic but it does what I need it to do. I can view my card at any time and email/fax it to providers.
