Hello, Trey! As you may already know, Ecwid is an e-commerce app which you can use for creating and managing your online store. There are 2 main ways to manage your store: 1) at my.ecwid.com using any web browser –– it’s free forever on our Free plan, 2) you can also manage your store with the help of our mobile app –– the app is only available for the users who are on our paid plans, yet, it has a 14-days trial for those who are on the Free plan (after the trial you can either switch to the paid plan in order to continue using the app or you can stay on the Free plan and continue managing your store at my.ecwid.com using a web browser). By the way, here is the list of all Ecwid plans: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/207100729-Ecwid-plans-and-features. I can see that when you installed our app, you decided to subscribe to our Venture plan, which costs $15 per month. Then you deleted the app, canceled your subscription to the paid plan and asked for a refund. Trey, when you subscribed to a paid plan, you accepted our Terms of Services, according to which your subscription is non-refundable, I am sorry. You can check our Terms of Services here: https://www.ecwid.com/terms-of-service. As for now, I’ve checked your account and see that it’s on the Free plan right now, so you won’t be charged for your subscription anymore. >the App does not work, I deleted the App. Trey, could you please give me more details on this? Hi, We are sorry you have such an impression about Ecwid and reached out to your email inbox in hope we can help you sort this. Each Ecwid user gets a Starter Site for free. You can use this site if you don't have your own custom site and want to sell online. Our mobile app was created to help merchants have access to their stores and run them on the fly (get push notifications about new orders, process orders, adjust catalog, edit Starter Site and more). It's totally possible to set up a store with the mobile app only. Sure, some things in the store setup process are better done on the desktop version. Free plan users can use the mobile app for 2 weeks. All Ecwid paid plan users can use the mobile app with no additional cost. To upgrade your account you need to choose the plan and enter your payment method details. It looks like you upgraded to the Venture plan, then switched to the Business plan right away and then asked to delete your account. As a result, you spent 34.46$ and used only 5 days of your Business plan subscription. We would only feel right if you could use the remaining time of your monthly Business plan, so if you would like to restore the unused period of your plan, just reply to the email we've sent you.
