I've found this app to be pretty handy and really appreciate the ability to use google maps instead of apple maps. However, now you have to log into the App Store each and every time the app starts. I think is has something to do with the new subscription model. Fortunately I have several updates left from the old update model which I very much prefer. I will probably stop using the app once I run out of updates as I don't use it enough to justify a monthly subscription that charges me whether I use the app or not.

Have a subscription and this app does what I need it to do. Most people in my company use this as well, all our new drills show up so long as you search by API (otherwise it may be spelled differently than the well name given to you). For people worried about the app not taking them directly to the well with turn by turn, that’s on Google or Apple maps. They don’t pick up on all the dirt roads. You need to use it like an improved paper map, click navigate, then in Google or apple maps turn on satellite view. Spotting fence lines take some getting used to, but it’s better than anything else. Just use some critical thinking and this app is great.

Finally ran out of update credits and so I signed up for the subscription to get the latest well listings. Once I did that a bunch of the existing wells that have been in the platform for years. Contacted the developer about the issue and tried everything they said, which was the usual uninstall reinstall, but that didn't help. Provided then with specific examples and never heard anything back after that. So now I I have to uninstall and not activate my subscription in order to search for the majority of wells I need to find. Soon as I active the subscription, which I'm stupidly still paying for, to find newer wells I lose access to the other ones. App has been a mess since they went to the subscription setup. Save your money.

I’ve been using this app for over 3yrs and the only issues I found where the update and map When I hit the button it does nothing but it seems new wells always seem to show up when I search for them but version shows I am way behind the current version. Besides for that I have never gotten lost using this app. I did hotshots for a while and ran all over West Texas and South East NM and used this app to find wells and always got me to the location. Only issue I ran into is once in a while a lease road would no longer exist on the map or would be blocked off with a ranch fence.

I have had this app for nearly a year with a subscription. When I try to go the update page instead of letting my update the new wells. It shows me how many days of my subscription is left. As soon as my subscription ends it allows me to see the update page, but it left with the same version from when I first downloaded it. And when I hit the update wells button it says I need a subscription!!! I feel like I am being scammed because it will not let you keep the most recent well data.
