94 Seconds - Categories Game

I’m the type who is constantly downloading games and apps, trying them out and deleting the ones I don’t like, or after I grow tired or bored of them. 94 is one of the games I keep coming back to time and time again. It’s addicting for sure. The complaints I have are the TV series and Comics. Comics mostly because besides the classics from the Sunday paper growing up, I have no idea anything else to write down. And the suggested ones aren’t something I’m going to memorize like the unique colors and instruments. Sometimes I watch the video to get the suggested answers and it doesn’t change and of the corrects to the suggests. 30 seconds of video, just to be duped is frustrating. And as for the TV series, there just an astronomical number the developers would have to input as correct answers. Tv series starts with X...... x-files duh! Nope, doesn’t accept it. 🤨 but it suggests some crap no ones ever heard of. Also the ability to purchase no ads would be great.... like a lot of us had done before and then this was taken away...... 🤨🤨

This game used to be so much fun. It still has potential, but the developers really ruined it with the latest updates. (1) It needs Relaxed Mode back. (2) It’s crazy enough that we have to see ads to see correct answers for questions we missed, but the app is also extremely buggy, and the button to see ads won’t even work 95% of the time I try to press it. (3) Don’t have categories if you aren’t willing to add every possible answer into it or update it. This is especially true for TV Shows, Music Genres, Comics, “Feelings and Emotions,” Gaming Consoles, and Skiing Equipment. With the slight exception of Music Genres, all of those categories are AWFUL. Like, how is “sadness” not a feeling/emotion?! (4) Don’t limit us to 4 categories per round. I feel like they do this to encourage us to spend coins when we‘re assigned bad categories. Overall, this game used to be really promising. For several reasons with varying motives, the developers have ruined a good thing here. They need to bring back what made this game fun.

I watch the ad to see answers and it doesn’t show me any answers. Additionally I miss being able to see my wrong answers after I see your correct ones to compare. Also why can’t we suggest answers you marked as wrong anymore? (“Izombie” is a television show with “I” just renewed by CW if you need proof.) I tried your “contact us” button it didn’t work! Plus there are too many ads. I shouldn’t have to watch an ad when I level up. Revive Relaxed game mode. I used played Relax mode with all my friends trying to see who was farther it was so fun now lots of my friends don’t even use the app anymore. The timed version is so much worse than it used to be. Showing just 4 categories is less fun and I miss my achievements from my old version. The comics category is awful tbh I haven’t heard of most of the ones you suggest as answers, but ones that are real you don’t except.

I have loved this game for many years, but after updating to ios11 I was forced to download the new version, and I'm not a fan. First, I don't like the idea of guessing pop culture items. I'm not well versed in comics, which is probably true for most young people, and TV is just too broad a category that depends too much on age and other demographics. The game should either accept all TV shows in the history of time or not have this as a category. My second problem is that the relax mode is missing. I honestly didn't like playing the timed game much, and I had such a good time playing the relax challenges with my friends. I hope the devs will bring it back soon with some fun, fair categories based on common knowledge rather than pop culture. :)

It’s nice to have the app back as it’s a great game app and one of the few non word search type word games. Personally, the previous old interface looked more professional and for all ages. Bad: the fact that you have to watch an ad to see the correction to the answers you got wrong is extremely annoying. And I don’t mind watching ads for free apps. But there is a quantity, a time, and a place for them. The “see correct answers” is the wrong time and place. Also, too bad our scores, coins, categories, leaderboard aren’t back too. After all, developers obviously knew who previously had the app... since they notified us in the updates after we removed the app with iOs 11.
