I’ve been playing this game for a few months, have worked my way up to level 67 and earned over 4 million in coins, however, it has been increasingly frustrating. I made the mistake of buying one of the deals they were running for $1.99 & since then I’m placed against bots or people that are double my level. One day I played at least 20 games & won ONLY one game all day, that’s completely out of the norm. That was right after I paid for the deal they were running. I’m not a bad player, win about half the time. Also my “connection” started failing right before I was about to pot the 8 ball or right after, then when it would come back to the game screen, my time would be up and the shot I made or the shot I was about to make would be lost, & of course id loose the game. This happens frequently to me now. Also just lost a million in coins by accidentally clicking on Shanghai as that’s where the game puts me because that’s the last one I could afford, & no way to back out and obviously I lost. I’m getting super irritated with the game, they should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. I will never spend another dime on this game, if stuff doesn’t change, I’m just gonna delete it. Don’t make the mistake of buying any of the deals or really any thing they sell at all, because instead of valuing you as a customer, they will take advantage of the fact you did spend money, & rob you to try to get you to spend more. It’s disgusting.

I love to play pool so this was pretty fun once I got the hang of the virtual movements lol. I still get to hung up on the shot and don't realize I swipe the speed meter for the cue and accidentally shoot...I'm getting better. Update : still love the game. I play all level skills when I play a non virtual game of pool so it's great playing a higher level of a player it's how I learn....loosing is never a first choice but improving my game is.... the speed bar is the only complaint I have. I put my concentration into lining up my shot I forget it's there then oops the cue ball moves a couple inches...arrrr! Still love the game but I run into glitches that can be frustrating. Yesterday I played 1 on 1 in Moscow and I was shooting the 8 ball for the win after lining up I go to shoot and the shooting cue was not there ... I moved mine a little to see if screen froze and it moved fine. Tapped screen it just was not there, gone. Of course I ran out of time and my opponent shot and won. Today I’m playing in a tournament playing in the final game line up for a simple shot on the 8 ball for the win and it buzzes I’m out of time with plenty of time on the clock and the win goes to my opponent. I have no problem losing a game under any circumstances. I’ll play much better players in real pool just to learn and improve but I get ticked losing over a glitch.......I’m taking a star away until I see it improved.

I understand the concept of having people constantly play this game. Send your coins to recharge your cues, that way people would keep playing. I get that, but at the same time, what if you would happen to lose all your coins in a game and all your cues are low on battery. I feel as if they should at least charge over night or to start to charge if you haven’t played the game in a couple of hours. Because having to constantly pay 567, 715 coins or higher to use your favorite cue starts to add up. Could you possibly make the battery for the cue 100? Or when you update the cue the battery life updates as well? Just a thought. Also another concern I have, when I go to the “get more coins” section I would click on something to do a survey, basically a complete an action type of thing but it seems to be a never ending cycle of doing random things, asking questions but I pretty much never get any coins out of it. It says “complete an action” not complete actions. And it shouldn’t be where every single thing ask for your information. This is how people get their information stolen, I don’t feel as if most of these sites are safe. I love the game don’t get me wrong, out of all the apps I’ve ever had this is the only one I never gotten bored with. I’ve played for a couple of years now, off and on. Hopefully you guys will take my review in consideration to make the game that much better.

So I’m not one to normally complain however this app has been messing up lately. I’ve lost 20k total while playing this game. I recently unlocked Los Vegas and I’ve play two different people. In the first game, I would say it was fair up until they tapped their ball with the cue ball. I assumed that I would get the ball in hand since it didn’t touch any of the rails. I was wrong, I did not. However when I did the same thing they did, right after them (because my hand slipped and my phone almost fell out of my hand) the ball was in their hand now which was weird because we just did the same exact thing and I was the one who got penalized for it. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if there were more balls to be hit but both the striped and the solids were almost gone. We both had 1 or 2 balls left. I went back into the app a little bit later, and I played Las Vegas again. This time my opponent broke. They had a straight Ballin and they continue to hit almost all their balls until they had about two left I believe. When it was my turn, I went to hit the ball and I tapped it but unfortunately I did not aim well enough and it hit the wall instead of the going into the hole. So my opponent had the ball in their hand. My opponent ended up doing the same and I did not receive the same advantage. I normally wouldn’t care if the game was fair but it wasn’t and 20k just down the drain.

I like the different game goals (rings) and the look of different tables and options it gives, but other than that I’m not impressed. One problem is it doesn’t match you with players in your “ranking or experience”. A beginner may end up with an opponent that has been classified as a pro or better, depending on how long they’ve been playing. Also too many interruptions when playing with challenger banners or wanting you to challenge your FB friends. The cue stick charges don’t last through a game if you have a bad break then you may have to recharge more than once for consistent shots and that’s in addition to placing a bet. The balls sometimes can hang half over a pocket to drop then it jolts back towards the table, but the cue can too often roll with ease for a scratch. It’s just a bit fishy when you AND your opponents ball should have dropped but jolts back from the hole. There are a few more minor issues that are annoying like not being able to type your own text for chat. I’d rather it was emojis than some of the stupid pretext messages and then you have to buy more if you want to add some. Shows a lot of greed. Plus it’s anybody’s guess as to who is going to break. If you play 5 games in a row with a different player each game you may not get to break on any of those even if you lost previously. All of this is even after purchasing the app. 🙄
