The hardest leap to make in learning a language is to start to think and process information in the language you are learning. Get the feeling of immersion and moving to France from your home. The videos and diction are perfect to listen and read and learn new vocabulary (or reinforce words already learned). This app has helped me make huge strides in my listening comprehension of French. You watch videos of native speakers and respond to questions and play games. It makes learning fun, I look forward to my next lessons. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. I would like to see the existing content from the also excellent predecessor app, 7Jours Sur La Planète, added as one module of lessons that can be chosen, even if it is old news stories. Newscasters are awesome because they speak slower and distinctly. I am impressed with the thought, quality and variety of the lessons and subject matter. Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and download this app!
I’ve been using this app since it came out and I used to use the 7 jours app as well I love the new updates but I can’t find the download button to click?
The app has big variety of topics and videos. The exercises are also adapted to different levels which is good. However , the previous app allowed you to download the video clip and audio transcript to be able to work offline. I use the app everyday on my daily commute, but it’s underground, so i can’t use the new app. Please, add the ability to download a few videos a week, like in the previous app!
I have been looking to improve my understanding on modes of an advanced level and this app is perfect for that!
