Minecraft Earth

We all knew this was going to be a great game when it was first heard. And it is. It has most of the items from Minecraft and even has new things such as the Moobloom. Though the problems in the game currently are rather easy to complain about. First of all, you can’t play adventures at night. I’m assuming it’s obviously because of lighting or maybe I was just doing something wrong, but I was out there for a while trying to get it to work. I even used a lantern (like that was going to work lol). Second, when you die in an adventure, you lose your whole hot bar. You and other players probably find it reasonable because when you die in Minecraft you lose your items. I find it to be a little harsh (maybe lose half of the hot bar and make the items you lose random). I also have some suggestions. First, there should be a buildplate for a farm that automatically saves growing progress. And depending on what you plant, it’ll take a certain amount. For example, planting regular seeds (wheat) will take 30 minutes and potatoes will take an hour. Second, there should an easier way to get loot underground in adventures. I keep going in these weird positions trying to mine ores. Maybe you could bring stairs in your hot bar so you can place them and walk down. There should also be tutorials to help players out. This game is great and I bet it’ll turn out great later on. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍.

Review: I really love Minecraft Earth and all the things you can do! You really brought Minecraft to the real world! Everywhere I go I play Minecraft Earth, I play in dungeons, I collect tappables, and I create my house! I really love the feature of the FULL A.R. experience, because it brings your buildings to full size!!! Problems: Now I love everything and all, but I don’t really like that if you go at a certain speed you can’t collect tappables! I know you’re trying to prevent people from using Minecraft Earth while driving, but the passengers aren’t driving and they can’t collect any tappables until the vehicle slows down! People want to collect tappables while being transported. Please add a feature in the settings that allow you to turn a mode called “Driving” on and off. Turning this mode on will not allow you to collect tappables at a certain speed because you are driving a vehicle, but turning this mode off will still allow you to collect tappables even at high speeds! When people try to turn this mode off, a message will pop up saying “Are you sure you want to turn this off? This is for your safety! If you are a passenger you can turn this off!” There will be 2 options, either “Yes, I’m a passenger” or “No, I’m a driver” This is only my idea and if you want you can add this feature. Thanks!

So I have been playing Minecraft whether that be on my PS4, Switch, or any other device. I like playing Pocket Edition when I get bored and have a good time. When I heard about a new Minecraft game on mobile I was excited. Since the game came out there are going to be expected problems like crashes and such. I like some of the features and others I have different views on. I want to focus on the features I don’t like as much. I think it’s silly to have to wait for things to craft. In Minecraft there isn’t a timer for crafting. I understand it is to have players stay with the game and to sell rubies (get to those later), but it really doesn’t make sense or fun to wait to make wood. The whole thing with driving is a bit silly but not really. Let’s say you are driving your car and playing this game, then that is a hazard when driving. If you aren’t driving but merely a passenger then you should be able to play the game and collect Tappables. Although I feel that if you add a mechanic with being in a mine cart. You could connect with Maps and set a route and then the game would have you driving and slowly you will gain reward while driving without causing a hazard. The rubies are the next gripe with the game and how it’s hard to earn them and it’s sorta useless to get two rubies. I’m happy with the experience and I’ll come back when it gets updated but overall I will enjoy the game but it will be hindered by some of the mechanics.

So I got the game after my brother told me to get it and next thing you know, I’m hooked. I love the game, the building is the best and the way you have to travel around to get stuff is decent. There are only two things I don’t like about the game. The first one is that it sometimes crashes, “looses connection” to where I lose the tappables, and where I try to build, the baseplates runs off. The second is about how to move around the place you are on. The way you either float through blocks trying to explore it or you fly when there is no ground above you. Maybe try adding a feature where you can place a controllable character so you can move around normally on the area your on while maintaining the barrier. The third is where I’m stuck on an 8x8 baseplate and I have to walk around like a crazy amount to get rubies so I can get a large baseplate so I can build more. I might suggest making a feature where it costs a little amount of rubies to extend it, and every time it is extended, it increases the amount. Another option is where you can maybe combine baseplates at the cost of like 25 rubies. Other than those, the game is amazing and I hope you find a way to improve the game and make it a bit more playable

Ok now keep in mind I am physically disabled and don’t get out much but seems like my area has terrible spawns for activity plates. I have screen shots from my area. Adventure plates on streets and the grassy areas in middle of highways. And this is really bad, Game land (Hunters) or areas that are blocked off like construction zones, hundreds of them there but can’t get to them, are you trying to get kids hurt? Not yet once have I seen a plate spawn in my neighborhood. Wish one would spawn every so often a little close to the house. (Tried spending time playing with my son. I was in my wheelchair when we went for a stroll. Spent about an hour and not one Adventure.) PokémonGo has it all wrong too. At least for my area. It didn’t get better until they extended the range you can interact with Gyms and objects. Just took them so long to figure it out I never got to enjoy the game. That and trying to play with acquaintances was never really a good idea because if you tried sending them items that you collect they could find where you live because the items had where they came from, tagged by game. I get these games are to get people out but don’t do anything to give away locations Please don’t tag items with the location they were acquired. Minecraft Earth is so amazing. I have always loved Minecraft and would love to do 5 stars... at least when things get fixed that is.
