I know a lot of users demand a lot new features at one time which existed on photoshop. I will take this opportunity to voice out that it take many years to build a solid photoshop on desktop from scratch and I believe it is the same as building a photoshop for ipad. You cannot expect all features to come at once so please be patience eventually all these features will come out. This is the same as ipad that starts up in 2007 and how it evolve to now in 2019.

For a version 1 product, i am satisfied with it and still expecting Adobe to improve on the feature to deliver close to its desktop reiteration in terms of features. For now, I can do quick composites, etching out and finishing the artwork in desktop photoshop through cloud documents and switching desktop and tablet at the same time. Overall happy with v1 (I'm paying Creative Cloud for Teams). And people who are complaining about subsection cost still don't get it..... What you get with Creative Cloud is a lot of things.

Adobe. No. This is not photoshop. Nobody asked for Photoshop ‘reimagined’ for the iPad. We’ve gotten that over and over again. The reason people were excited for Photoshop on iPad. Was because it was supposed to be Photoshop on the iPad. We want to use the experience we’ve been using since the 90s on our mobile computers. Not relearn a new software with less capabilities. If we wanted to do that, we already did with Procreate and Affinity Photo. As it stands, Adobe promised full photoshop and delivered another express app. If they had at least included what was present in photoshop in 1996, it would’ve been full photoshop from back in the day. They misunderstand the reason why people use photoshop and want to stick with photoshop on PC. I have built my workflows around the classic photoshop experience as a designer since the 90s. I need the tools like Pencil and Pencil eraser that are so simple, but they have seemed to left out just because they’re not used in modern workflows like typography or web design as much. Not full photoshop. Not even basic photoshop. This is a whole other app that runs PSDs. Back to Clip Studio Paint which is basically full photoshop.

Gestures like swipe left to delete is what an iOS user expects to be able to do to delete a layer. Yes you can cater for desktop users trying to do similar things on mobile, but you should not compromise what a mobile user expects from a user experience standpoint. With so many features not available yet and a UI that is odd, this feels more like a prototype.

Your competitors out there have already established themselves in the iPad market, and offering a one-time payment model, yet you have the guts to put a half finished product and with a subscription model of $10 a month. Are you telling the consumers to blindly put money in your pocket?
