Store Performance Index shows overall performance of your app on app stores. It is based on combined ASO & reviews metrics.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
First off, this app is amazing. I’ve never seen a face swap app as automated and easy to use as this one. I’m also on the edge of my seat waiting for face swaps on videos to come to this app. So cool to finally have an app that does this. One thing that’d be nice is if the swaps themselves be improved. I find with a lot of swaps that the two faces are more merged together and less one face put over the other. This can be cool because the app automatically transfers skin tone, emotion, lighting, etc to the face you’re swapping with, but sometimes it just doesn’t retain that recognizability that it should. I get every face is complex and different, but some of the faces don’t even look human (i.e cross-eyed, too-small faces, etc). It’d also be great if you could manually adjust a face after its been swapped, like face size, skin tone, face positions, etc. Also, hope you guys can make gifs and Live Photos compatible while we’re waiting for video swap to release. Overall though, this app is awesome and very easy to use. Can’t wait to see where it goes and thanks to devs for making it. Keep up the good work👍 Edit: Also, please add an emotion swap option. That would be so cool if I could take an emotion/face gesture someone made and put that emotion/face gesture onto someone else’s face.
This is a top notch app, your development team did a great job. You have the most advanced face swap algorithms in the App Store, no contest. If you don’t mind me critiquing, one thing I have noticed is that 9/10 times, if the subjects are a good enough match to begin with, a more refined match can be obtained by feeding the output image back into the algorithm to be swapped with either that same image or a different image of the same face. However, this leaves the user with a frustrating amount of button pressing, the waiting, then finally as well as the intermediate images in their camera roll – an option to iterate through multiple times using the same image or preselect a group of images to be ran with user feedback after each swap would really bring this to the next level. And then one minor thing would be to eliminate user face selection (right before the swap happens) if a single face is detected, and in a general just streamline the process of But again guys, great job and thanks for the laughs, let me know if you guys have any questions or would like me to run prototype software builds.
After forcing you to subscribe right off the bat in order to use the app, the app can’t even perform one face swap correctly. All I see is “Some mysterious mage made your face swap disappear from our servers.” Not a helpful error message and this is all I see pretty much, no matter which photo I try.
Seriously though, I say for a couple bucks it’s month; it’s definitely worth it. But I tend to find both pro’s and con’s to apps. Here is part 2 review... Pro: Amazing face swaps, with good deal of pricing Con: even though you subscribe, you still get the watermark. But it’s not too big of a concern. Pro: you get pictures already available, as well as your own from camera roll. Con: your only limited to photos. (Gifs Unable to swap with) Based on this review, here are the suggestions. 1. Remove watermark for the folks who subscribe 2. Possibly quicker swapping (could be because of WiFi or cellular) 3. GIFs. Or a way to use a clip from camera roll. Overall, I love this app. And I would recommend it. Please consider the suggestions. But also, I’ve read a review about this app, and from the looks of it... you’ve brought some good to the AppStore! Cheers!
Loved the app until the servers started crashing intermittently a few days ago. Unusable now. The error I keep getting says “A mysterious mage has cast a spell on our servers”. That message is not so cute when it’s happening constantly. I’m a paying customer and I’m getting ready to cancel if it doesn’t get fixed.
