User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app is so complicated to set up and not intuitive at all. One you jump through all the hoops, spend hours in the phone with a rep, I guess it’s somewhat decent in functionality, but overall very primitive. You must improve the user set up experience. Why would anyone immediately go to “forgot password?!” How about “create new account?” Further why would the ID be different from the member ID?! And different log ins from desktop. Absolutely awful. I’ve never been more frustrated with an app!!!!
The same problem everyone else has complained about. It is impossible to set up access. It says my password is wrong even though I used the same one from the website. Absolutely awful. Some reviews suggest eyed the app has to be set up with an independent password, but I have been unable to get the system to recognize my information. From other reviews, there seems to be only horror stories when tryin to contact customer service. Not with it.
Still trying to set up my account! For some reason my old account was disabled, and I need to set up a new account, very cumbersome, keeps telling you to set a new password, then won’t take it! It will take it when I go through my email, but not my app! Deleted that, now trying a new app, I’ve been going around in circles for an hour, even called customer service, most frustrating process I’ve ever encountered!
I have been through the process about five times. First of all, you cannot use your login that you established through the website. Second, the tech support isn’t helpful and they are completely unaware of this. I have given up and installed a web app shortcut on my phone and this is how I will access UMR to upload my flex spending receipts.
You enter your information correctly. Click login. And the app tells you your information is wrong and the login fails. However the same information allows you to login on the UMR website. If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. This thing is disgraceful, and hasn’t been updated since 2017. NEWSFLASH: It’s now 2019, UMR!
