Moshi Kids: Sleep, Relax, Play

I have 2 boys aged 3&2 and the sleep stories on here are brilliant at calming them down and sending them to sleep. It’s now become an integral part of our bedtime routine. The subscription pricing is very fair considering the amount of content which so far has seen new content added on a regular basis with some celebrity voiced stories as well (although none beat the dulcet tones of Will Huggins for sending my boys off to dreamland). I haven’t used the music or meditation sections yet but they also have plenty of content. The playlists are easy to create or use one of the preset ones and are a nice addition but a single story is more than enough to send my boys to sleep. The app is very intuitive, beautifully presented, and has gorgeous illustrations as the background to the stories. One tip - just pop the story on yourself. Don’t let them take your phone and choose themselves. If they’re anything like my boys it will take forever for them to choose.

So far I’m trialling the freebies on this app before committing to buy. My 9 year old has never slept well despite all routines through his life! He does seem programmed to need less sleep than his friends 🙈. Our nights got out of control again and hubby and I never had any evenings. Thought I have nothing to lose so tried this 3 nights ago. The story he found too young for him, giggled through it, but I made him lay and listen. Then I put on music straight afterwards. (This is all after the real bedtime story we have!) He slept! Last night I just used my story then the music on here. Took a while and into second song but it kind of worked. Tonight he giggled through my story then the meditation on here. He didn’t actually get to sleep until I sang to him, but he definitely calmed down! I pray this will be our new routine once school worries begin too. Thank you! I shall continue to trial this!

I’ve got two boys ages 2 and 3 who resist bedtime and whose routine changes every few days, the result being a lot of late nights. They can be awake for hours on end with so much energy. Moshi gives me back control over the room, it calms them down instantly, they sit still and honestly (really, I promise!) they’re asleep within seconds - 5 mins. I don’t know why, or how, but it’s the best 29 quid I’ve ever spent. I’ve shown a number of people what happens and they’re amazed. Also you can use it across three devices which I love and one of my fave thing is when you know they’ve nodded but you don’t quite want to walk away yet, you can use the rest of the functions on your device while it keeps playing the story in the background. I.e. you can crack on with stuff you need or want to do online. Love it.

I have a child whose a bit ADHD/Spirited! No matter what time I put her to bed she’d spend three hours doing what seemed like yoga positions in her bed, non stop talking to herself and couldn’t wind down. I tried lavender, no screen time before bed, baths, classic fm, until very often I’d fall asleep before her!! I got this app thinking it probably wouldn’t make any difference and delete after the first trial... but oh my goodness!! It is amazing! I put a playlist of stories on. And that’s it I don’t hear her, she doesn’t fidget and it only takes less than an hour to get her to sleep! So worth the money and have recommended to everyone! In fact when my daughter sleeps in my bed occasionally on the weekends, I fall asleep listening to it too!

My kids are 3 & 6 and I usually am not able to get them to sleep and it gets really late and they be so tired in the morning. I saw this app on Facebook and read the reviews and decided to get it. I just tried this app and usually my kids do not go to sleep straight away but with this app they both fell asleep before it was finished. I am so happy that they are resting at a reasonable time as they will not be tired in the morning and we will be able to leave on time for school. I will be subscribing for the year so I can even get a peaceful nights sleep. I nearly fell asleep as well listening to it. Many thanks for this amazing app it worked wonders on my energetic kids.
