I’ve had this app for one day and it crashes it does not let me on, other than that it’s a good app. edit: a way to use the app, before it crashes, choose search, liked etc and it will not crash, it works for me

Giving it a one star because it’s not difficult to develop an app. This app was fine while it worked- I purchased the pro version to skip ads. Within a month, it stopped being able to save videos I liked on Instagram. For the last few weeks it doesn’t work at all- I open the app, it crashes and exits out. If you click on app support, it takes you to a website without any English there- it’s a script from a south East Asian language and there’s no way to navigate. I’ve updated the app, restarted my phone- it’s the app. Get it together, especially since you charge money for the pro version.

I have had this app for a while where it allowed me to download pictures and videos from my instagram. Lately it has been crashing continuously and it tried to delete and download again. It didn’t fix the problem. I logout and log back in and semi-loads my account and crashes within 1 second. Please look into the issue. This is probably one of the best apps out there for the function it provides.

I I love this app it let me save 5 videos or pictures a day but for the last two weeks the app has been crashing constantly. It will half load then kick me off which would then bring me back to my home screen so I decided to log out and delete the app then proceeded to re-instal the app yet the issue still wasn’t resolved please fix this bug this app is great🥳🥳🥳

As soon as you click on the app start tapping the search icon as fast as you can before the the app crashes. Works for me, but my pro subscription says expired for some reason and you have to restart the app after you download 5 pics or vids. Also don’t click the home button in the app after you get on the search icon or it will crash. 💯😎
