Store Performance Index shows overall performance of your app on app stores. It is based on combined ASO & reviews metrics.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I absolutely love this app to help manage applications for my business. It lets me set requirements and shows me people that match what I’m looking for. I gave the app 5 stars, now if I were to rate the people that apply it would be more like 1 Star. The people tend to say they’re coming to an interview and confirm the time and location through the app and then never show up. Sometimes I drive 30 minutes out of my way to interview and they don’t show. Or they decide to work for a few days and never show up again. Only thing I wish for this app is that there would be some sort of a penalty for people who do these things. Something as simple as now allowing them to apply for any other jobs for a week.
This app is helpful to view applicants on the go, however it is not great. The app should allow you to search for applicants. Also, there should be a way to filter applicants by if they’ve completed the assigned assessments. If those 2 things were implemented, this app would be 5 stars! As of right now, I have to go to the email to see who completed the assessments, then scroll through the 20 pages of applicants to find them and mark them as phone screened since there is no status named assessment completed. This is very time consuming and could easily be automated by the software to save hours!
Applicants should not be able to submit applications missing required elements such as assessment test or cover letter. As it is now, you have to go through hundreds of applications that seem automated just to find a few that actually meet your requirements. This makes the hiring process time-wasteful, frustrating, and leaves you looking for an alternative platform that’s more efficient.
I like that there is an app so I can use this on my phone, but it doesn’t have all the features that the actual website has, and that is kind of the point of having an app so that you can use it on the go. You can’t quick search candidates if you need to go back and look them up for reference. You can’t see your calendar schedule if you schedule interviews within the website. I wouldn’t recommend.
I’m getting alerts that people are applying but it’s also saying my account is disabled and I just made it. I’m not sure if they did this because si didn’t pay for my job listing to be sponsored band am getting a lot of attention or what because I’ve posted several listings for my other businesses with no issue. Seems like they have gotten money hungry because there’s nothing on my account that’s against any polices. And I can’t even figure out how to gain access to my company page. I’ll just go to zip recruiter
