So this app is really good don’t get me wrong but if u don’t keep your phone plugged it will run out of charge quickly but that should be fine as the app reminds u to keep your phone plugged in anyway I rated this app 4stars because it’s very useful but if u don’t but it right next to while sleeping it won’t accurately track your sleep but if u do but it by your head that will all be fine this app is very good and reminds u on how to do this constantly otherwise these thing do happen so my only real issue with this app is that most things are premium and so you can’t get all the cool addition unless u pay which I think is in fair but apart from that this app is great and I do recommend it to anyone that finds it hard to get to sleep or get up or needs to keep track on there sleep or anyone in general this is a really good app😀overall I’m happy with the app.

I was excited to first download and begin using this app as I had had trouble with my sleep. After a couple of nights where I was able to drift off and wake up crisply with the alarm I thought it was brilliant! However the veneer soon fell, and it became clear to me that those early successes had been flukes. Firstly, the representation of your light and deep sleep cycles cannot be accurate. I know this because there have been many occasions when I have been awake, checked my phone for the time and got up to go to the toilet, only for the app to tell me in the morning that I was fast asleep throughout the period during which I know I was awake. This removes the foundation upon which this app is built - if it isn’t actually aware of how deeply you’re sleeping then how can it wake you when you’re in light sleep. This is my second gripe with the app - it doesn’t wake me up properly. The first couple of weeks that I used the app, yes I had a few mornings that were as the app intended and I woke up gradually and rested, however, that soon stopped. The app hasn’t woken me up properly in over a month despite my changing the alarm sounds repeatedly - it doesn’t work. I wanted this app to work but I can’t ignore the glaring problems that prevent it from being effective

I downloaded this app hoping to wake up better, well this app has not done this, understandably this is not the fault of the app. However, “accidentally” subscribing and paying for a month before I was able to cancel it I would call this app and a glorified app with the same line graph and same wake up time every morning. Pretty much like an alarm clock waking me up at 5:57 every morning. Except my alarm clock wakes me up at 6:00 and the snooze button actually works. Twice in the week and few days I have used this app, the snooze button after a third or fourth time has been utilised as the app seems to crash or freeze and does not perform its most basic function - to wake me up. So worth the money, I would say no, hopefully this technical fault can be fixed. But I would call it a waste of money and would assure any possible buyer to make sure they properly understand how to cancel their premium membership after their free subscription and keep well aware - as I’m sure they make a good deal of their money on the basis that one would forget their subscription - right here ! and I would recommend buying a simple alarm clock and if one would like to wake up nicer, have a good cup of coffee on standby and go to bed earlier. Waste of money.

This app is amazing, I literally love how much it wakes me up in the morning during light sleep, I wake up in the mornings feeling so much better than using a normal alarm that goes off whenever it’s set. However, there are two issues, the first issue is pretty minor and that is that when you press the “sleep now” button the app freezes so you have to double click the home button, swipe the app up, re open then it works fine. The second and what I think is a MAJOR issue is that this app causes my iPhone to become very hot, the heat that it give off wouldn’t normally worry but seeing as it is plugged in as requested by the app and in the bed with me it is quite if not very worrying about how safe this app actually is to use. Otherwise as I’ve already said it’s an amazing app

Used this app for a few months now and I find generally the post sleep reporting to be informative but questions over its accuracy. it is obvious that some nights are not accurate questioning the accuracy of the whole App. 1 - the app did not detect when I know I am awake attending to my son who has woken up. The app shows I’m in deep sleep. Further evidence to my claim ... 2 - I have a smart watch monitoring my heart rate linked to apple healthand seen as when you are asleep your heart rate reduces it there is no reason that the app should show me in deep sleep when my HR is near enough 100bpm where my sleep HR is roughly 60bpm. 3- the app doesn’t always record. Some days I have loads of recordings, other days I get none and on the days I have none I have it on good authority (my wife) tells me I am snoring. I will definitely not be renewing my subscription at the end of the year and to be honest would like a refund. Definitely not worth it.
