Honestly I haven't been able to put my phone down since I signed up for this such great deals on things as long as you read the description completely you will be satisfied. I have ordered many things however I haven't received anything yet but it's on the way! Very excited about this app!! UPDATE: I started using these apps in August 2017. I get very excited when it’s time for the mail depending on how much I order each time I do order, it seemed like I was getting something in the mail every day sometimes. And some days two or three things. I started my Christmas shopping and I was able to buy something for everyone by or before Christmas. I absolutely love everything that I have received! I am addicted to shopping on these sites. They have something for everyone! And considering the price, who really cares how long it takes to get to you? Just as long as it does get to you. And if something should happen don’t worry they’ve got your back! I am a very loyal satisfied customer. And every time I receive something I take a picture of it and I read it, write a review, send a picture along and most times my reviews show up for other customers to see. I love WISH so I thought I would try HOME. Well sad to say that I ordered 2 things and 1 I don’t think I am ever going to see despite the apps attempts to see if I have received the product and even though I said no and was even willingly to wait a little longer still nothing currently awaiting a response from CUSTOMER SERVICE which is GREAT BY THE WAY! Any I received one item it was cute and looked exactly as shown. But really disappointed in the second item. Not sure if I will be as loyal to HOME as I am to WISH but we’ll see how this works out but not pleased so far. The prices are really good but I just don’t know but I encourage people to try it but be warned to be patient and READ THE DETAIL DESCRIPTIONS! That’s it for now will update again if things improve. In the past, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping on ALL Wish platforms (Context Logic). As a “Wish All-Star” I shopped DAILY and have spent more than my share of money. It WAS an enjoyable online platform. HOWEVER, sadly that has changed. Customer Support has deteriorated. I have been locked out of my Wish app since June 23, 2019 and contacted them MULTIPLE TIMES. Now, August 2, 2019..its pointless. DAILY DEALS: They have “limited quantity” items for $2.00!! Too good to be true? Absolutely! My money was held for WEEKS only to receive notification that my order wouldn’t be filled. EVERY ONE OF THEM!! 😕 Needless to say, disappointed once again, especially when its children's items. They have been beside themselves with excitement, which has now turned to sadness. 😔 Over the years, I was THAT person..every negative statement I heard about Wish, I corrected and told them about how wonderful it was. Most of them, I swayed their opinions to go back. *I* should’ve listened to them. It hurts my heart to give the advice: shop other online platforms...you can find CHEAPER prices with excellent Customer Support...just as you could in the past w Wish and its other apps.

I hit order by accident and I immediately went to customer support to cancel. The text bot told me that I would not get a refund but would have a store credit. The order wasn’t even processed and wouldn’t be processed for up to five days. The purchase price, which includes shipping fees as well, is not yet in their possession at this time so if it is taken out of my account before I can contact my bank when they open, it is what any reasonable person would consider theft. So essentially, they intend to take money from me even though I will receive nothing in kind. And in order to get it back (though in another form), I have to actually give it to them. I cannot find a phone number to call. I can only communicate with the text bot which is clearly not helpful as it is programmed with its limited responses, which consist of certain questions it asks and text responses for me to choose from. If anything changes, I will update this review but as it stands I will never use this app again and I will caution everyone I know about using it.

I ordered a couple of items for my grandchildren from this site, about 3 weeks later I received a letter stating they appreciated my order with a junk necklace in the envelope. I waited and waited for the items, checked the site for delivery and it said the items were already delivered. I inquired to customer service and they directed me to check with my local postal service and confirmed that in fact the items delivered. I checked with the postmaster and he said he did deliver something from them, it was the LETTER they sent me with the gum ball machine necklace. I contacted customer support again to let them know, hey it was a letter, not the items I ordered. They stated they have a 30 day return/refund policy and couldn’t help me with the problem. BUT the problem is...... any order from them takes more than 30 days to even be delivered, I live in the USA. These items are being shipped from China. Not a very happy customer here! Save your money, don’t fall for this.
