This app is horrible. There is no onboarding flow, so you have to figure out the app as you go. Translations are unclear. Taxis are ordered by addresses, not GPS, so it's unclear where to actually meet them. The notifications make no sense, and I have no idea how much I'm supposed to pay, not even an estimate. After 20 min of waiting for a taxi with the app, I walked 5 min to a taxi stop after having someone point me in the right direction.
This App is so bad, it doesn't work properly. My taxi arrived and he didn't even stop just pulled a U turn and left didn't even pause for 10 seconds. The second taxi that came didn't speak English or know our destination. If this is Spain's replacement for Uber or a dependable or respectable taxi service it leaves so much to be desired.
Looks like a great app. Could not register on the app or their website. Multiple errors. Deleting the app.
No idea what’s wrong with the app but I couldn’t even get the confirmation code to try and use it.
Signed in. Been waiting for sms code for 1 hour. Asked to resend multiple times. Nothing. Tried to sign up. Email already registered. Sign in- email doesn’t exist. Reset password - email doesn’t exist. Deleted app. Never again. Fire the coders and CEO should resign for designing this embarrassing app
