After the big upgrade, there were a few hiccups. However, I appreciate how Noodles & Company actually paid attention to the reviews and worked hard to correct the issues people were seeing. Now the app is better than ever. It has a slick new look & ordering/reordering is super easy. Yay!
I spoke with the General Manager, Ryan, last week when I went in to pick up. That day I saw, first hand, the team work within the well staffed group that was there. The store was cleaner, and the staff seemed more knowledgeable! I was happy to tell Ryan I had been the one who wrote the complaint to you and also told him he’s done alot to improve the downward spiral that had been occurring. Thank you for the action after the letter!
I always have a great experience at the Greenfield Noodles on 76th. One of the night time managers (Sonia) is so nice and is always pleasant to the customers and I Love her smile! She is even pleasant with the rude customers who act like jerks and ruin it for others trying to enjoy their meals. I couldn’t do that.
Simple to use, select food and customize your order. I would give a 5 star if it supported Apple Pay.
I want to order but every time I select my closest Noodles & Company, I can’t select a time and then the app crashes. I can’t click ASAP and then there are no available times. I’ve been avoiding getting food there because I don’t want to wait in line for my lunch break cause it’ll be an extremely long wait.
