Been having issues ever since the first download. At startup you are prompt to log in or sign up, after electing to log in using my password and opting in to enable Touch ID, you’d think that the system would remember you for as long as you choose before changing or renting your password. This was not the case for me. For some reason, each and every single tome I open the app, I am instructed to do the whole login add user name and password and enable ID... so if I’m in a rush and need to know how much money I can spend at let’s say a drive through.... I’d have to sit and go through this whole step. Why is my app not remembering my login information nor Touch ID? Please send fix ASAP!
This is by far the worst card app I have dealt with, It had me put in all of the card information, which I did correctly. And also asked for my full SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! This triggered a major red flag for me because I’ve never had to give out my FULL SSN to get into an app to see my money. After I put all this info in, CORRECTLY! It said there was a problem and I couldn’t log in to my card and to try again. After multiple tries and the fear of my identity getting stolen because of this app, I deleted it. I have never had to give out my information like that for an app in my life! I would not be surprised if someone tries to steal my identity because of this. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Coworkers have told me this app is not even needed to see our pay
Downloaded the app the card is activated and everything the people I called from the number on the back of the card even told me my balance. So I downloaded this trash app thinking it was gonna go smooth. It kept saying “sorry your card can’t be located” so I called again they where confused and said maybe your putting in the wrong information I typed in the 16 digit password so many times I literally remember it backwards like my social was not wrong nothing was wrong I was on the phone for 37 minutes trying to figure out a 3 YES a 3 step verification system in the app and would still not work AMAZING app I can see why it’s rated 2 outa 5 surprise it’s not 1
This app was working perfectly fine for about 2 weeks but after that that’s when things just went down hill the app became completely useless I couldn’t take any of the money I had on the card off or even spend it and then the company just acts as if everything is completely fine with the account knowing dang well something is wrong if I can’t order, place or unplace money this app is terrible please... PLEASE TAKE MY WARNING AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR APP
I only have this card through Wisely cause I just started working for a temp agency and that is how they pay us. I got paid last night and decided to transfer my money only to find I have to wait 3 days for my money to transfer. Why is there no instant transfer? I don’t trust wisely. Never heard of it until now. I just want my money. Need to pay my phone bill that’s already past due but can’t because I can’t cancel my transfer and I have to wait 3 days so my phone might get deactivated. Thanks wisely.
