For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination. The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive. When you're ready to leave, just drive out. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed. Thank goodness I was given an opportunity to update my review. At first I was extremely frustrated with the app but in the end, needed to exercise a bit of patience. So when my family and I left, the clock in the app was still ticking. I was concerned that I’d be charged another hour because we left with 5 minutes to spare. I still wish there was a way to hit end time, on the consumer end, however when the app finally closed out for my review, roughly 5-6 minutes later, the exit time was correct and I was appropriately charged. I would definitely use this app again. Thank you customer service for responding to my initial complaint, and even leaving a phone number to call, how rare!!!

I have used my park a few times. The equipment installed in The parking lots seems to not be up to the task and is always haggardly looking and often broken. Just now I had to drive off without my space becoming available to rent. So I’m back home, still being charged by Mypark. The customer next to me was in a space with a loud alarm sounding. Her mypark space blocker was pressed against the bottom of her car. She did not know what to do. She ended up having to drive over it bending the hell out of the equipment. You see they do not have a phone number, a chat on their site, anything that allows you to work with customer service. If you have an issue all you can do is fill in a web form (which does not even email you to let you know that the send worked!!) I don’t think I will mypark ever again. I don’t know if the lady next to me had her car damaged by the faulty equipment but she stayed to talk to the mall management about it.

The idea of this app is absolutely amazing. No longer do I have to wait for a parking space, right before I get to the mall I reserve the stall and park. The only thing is that I was offered 30 min of free parking. I parked and went to the store I needed to go to. I returned to my car at the 28 min mark and departed my parking stall. I was half way home and the timer was still running saying I was still parked. It ran until the 34 minute mark and I got charged the $3.00. The bug is the timer keeps running after you leave your stall.

I head to the parking space and hit let me in on the app and you guessed it, the shoddy parking machine doesn't lower and I'm out $3.20 and have to find somewhere else to park. Add insult to injury, there's no phone support to get the matter resolved. The app itself had problems because it will often show an open space but when you try to select, it says no parking space open. I like the concept and when they first installed, it seemed fairly reliable but not anymore. Maybe next year, I'll try again but it's too frustrating to bother with at this point.

Parking spot C31 malfunctioned and began letting up while we were backing out of the parking space and we had to manually let the guard rail down physically putting ourselves in harms way and no one know a phone number for us to call and speak with someone. Then 7 hours later after leaving the spot I get a notification thanking me for just leaving my parking spot, I live 2 1/2hours away and when we backed out the app wouldn’t work! Maybe it would help to have some employees trained and on site to help with situations like this!!!! Neil03
