User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I’m confused as to why so many people would leave a negative review for an app that is still in testing and is literally unavailable to them.. I’m even more surprised that people don’t realize how common running tests like this is. Video games, other apps, even foods in restaurants are almost ALWAYS released to a smaller group or smaller region at first to work out bugs and get feedback. This is a very standard thing to do when releasing a new product. That being said, as someone who has had the privilege to be in a testing region for the app, I think it’s amazing! All of your coupons and rewards can be accessed in one place, and I’ve never had any issues with delays in getting credit for purchases. However, my favorite feature is definitely the notifications for large sales the day before. Flash sales are typically only announced the day of to your email, so they can be easy to miss. But with the app, you’ll get a notification the evening before! There’s even been times that I forgot to check my rewards before making a purchase and the cashiers always inform me when I have some! All in all, I think it’s an excellent app and an excellent rewards system. I get that it’s frustrating when you don’t have access to it yet, but you have to realize that it’s literally still in testing and that’s just how these things work!
People complaining about others complaining and my state doesn’t even have this program. Why isn’t this particular program not getting on that. It’s been, what? 2 years since this has been launched and these cities are still the only ones that can get and use rewards? Everyone wants in on the program not only three places. I would love collecting points from this store. As for others that are complaint about the way the rewards system works, it’s like any other rewards. I don’t think you necessarily have to spend hundreds at a time to get to a certain amount of points, you collect them every time you got to BBW or order from them. I’m not sure what more are you expecting out of them. I heard that some people can get a free candle no thanks to this program. So the next time you complain about any and everything, just think that not everyone has this problem in their state/city and missing out on a lot. I have my online account from this place and converted to the rewards program just in case if it makes it to my city which the looks of it, is gonna take a while.
Love the app and the ability to have the daily email coupons loaded into it for easy scanning at the register. The ability to earn free items/rewards is a huge plus. I just wish the value was upped a little bit for more selection and the sale prices counted for these (the possibility of getting a candle with my reward when they are on sale would be nice). I would recommend putting in a points/purchase tracker in the app. Sometimes the cashier has scanned my rewards barcode but later I do not see the purchase counted/credited to my points. However, I have no way of verifying this by opening the app since it just gives me my overall points, not a breakdown of each transaction. I also think the app should be used everywhere stores are available to make it fair for everyone. One last thing, even though I have loved using the app so far, I still enjoy getting coupons in the mail to use so I hope my app usage won’t start phasing out the mailer coupons for me.
Our family 🧸 luvs this App it’s great. We have been shopping 🛍 @ this Bath & Body Works. Since they first opened in the 90’s @ the Carlsbad Mall in Carlsbad, California. We would shop here like 7 times a month for many years. The Staff here use 2 b great for many years. Then this year they got a Manager by the name of Kat & Britney that are sooooooo racist. That make any Minorities shopping experience here a Nightmare. We were born & raised in Carlsbad we are mixed with German & Black. Never has our family experience such racism before shopping @ this Mall. Sooooooo now myself & my 7 daughters & my relatives that are all from this area. Don’t even want 2 shop @ this Bath & Body Works. My husband is an Ex NFL Player we were shocked @ how these two Managers Kat & Britney treat Minorities shopping here. Beware of these two Managers they will make your experience pure Hell. Sooooooo now we shop in Los Angeles or Orange County Malls. Sooooooo sad considering we live only 7 Mins away by the Beach in Beach front Property in Carlsbad. 🧸🥀🎁🧸🥀🎁🧸
For those people that are CRYING about not getting credit for their past purchases you guys need to calm down and relax! If you chose to buy their products, that's all on you and not them! This rewards program is only convenient for those who spend a lot of money on their products on a regular basis. Even then, with all that money that they're spending I'm sure a little $14 gift, that they receive every time they spend $100, doesn't really mean anything to them when they're spending that much to begin with! (It's just a little thank you from the company, THATS IT!) It's better late than never honestly. They could have easily made the app like any other regular app, without a rewards program, and maybe that way people wouldn't of been crying as much! And to be honest, it's not like you'll be receiving a Range Rover with all the credit that you'll be getting from buying my their products! LOL
