For budding pianists this app is a win. However, since the practice mode includes a variety of bass clef and treble clef, it is not as useful for, say, young violinists. There is the customized option where you can choose just treble or just bass, but it just adds more steps before you can start practicing and you have to reset the settings each time you open the app. I would add even more line options above the staff (up to 6, maybe), for advancing violinists, and I would add alto and tenor clef as options for violists, cellists, and bassoonists.
