Getting on board with the App is painfully hard and then, once you've accessed via the website, getting stuff consolidated is impossible! This is not a user friendly system unless you're very tech savvy, which I (and others) am not. Nor is getting a nickname- they're all taken!!!!!!
I booked several attractions from this site and it claims you can forego the wait lines and walk right in. No! First you must find someone who actually recognizes the ticket voucher, then find the ticket stand and wait in line to pick up your entry ticket to the attractions. It's ridiculous! A total waste of time and money. 3 advance ticket purchases I made were not even useable. I Strongly urge you not to use this sight! I would give it zero stars if I could...
I bought skip the line tickets to the Louvre. They do not provide skip the line tickets. My tickets were for 2:30 so we showed up at 2:30. We had to wait in line for 50 mins and as such miss our time slot due to the line even though I paid extra for skip the line tickets. Musement refuses to refund. They are selling fraudulent tickets. Please beware! Don’t get scammed like I did! Do not buy from Musement.
I ordered tickets and the location wouldn’t accept them unless they were printed. I was in a foreign country with no access to print them before the museum closed. They would not issue me a refund or change. I had to repurchase the tickets on site, spending double the amount resulting in $81 USD lost for nothing. Worst customer service ever. Do no use.
Purchased tickets to the London eye. Voucher could not be redeemed at the street location. Tried to get access to the app and registered by email. Was told a verification email was being sent. Never arrived (in either inbox or junk mail folder). Total scam and fraud. Was processed through Google recommendations and payment processing. Is the last time I’ll make that mistake. Scam scam scam.
