I’ve been struggling for awhile to really get in a regular rhythm with working out. I haven’t been able to keep it up. Enter Movetivate. My buddy hipped me to this app and talked me into giving it a try. Using incentives (Whole Foods gift card here I come!) and old-fashioned accountability, I’ve been approaching my goals. So far, I’m 3 weeks in to a regular workout routine and still going strong. 1-month, here I come!!
I’m notoriously bad running for a few days in a row and then stopping for a few weeks. This makes it easy for me and my friends to keep each other in check! Definitely recommend checking it out

I really like the versatility of this app. You can challenge you friends for fun perks, or for added pressure 😂 challenge them with the reward going to a charity, who wants to let down s charity, evil ‘socially minded genius’ I tell you. Well done, worth having for sure!!
