I love the fact that I can see my transactions history over the mobile app and receive notifications when ever charges are made and sent thru sms. I just find it hard to pay bills thru your only time payment system where you have to type in the name of the merchant and there is no working “search button” could be better if you could somehow incorporate a separate list of major or must frequently searched utility company like meralco and pldt in a separate page. It’ll give us the convenience without having to go thru your list which takes time
Appreciate being able to access and transact for my bank and credit card accounts online... 'suggest though that you allow us to access PDF format of Credit Card Statements of Account or if this is in fact already available, that it be easily found..?? Also, that amounts due for Metrobank account credit card accounts to also be made readily available from different options of amounts to pay to choose from rather than having to input the amount and looking for it separately from separate statement
We have a peso acct and foreign acct with Metrobank. Through online banking, we can check both accts for every transactions we do which is very convenient in our end as clients who work abroad and not needed to go personally to the bank and check it over the counter from time to time. Brilliant!
It’s a good step for Metrobank to have the mobile app for online transactions rather than go to your branch location. Here are the issues that I encountered: 1. I need to log in my for about 2 to 3 times before I could finally log in. It always brings me to the home log in page. 2. You can’t see the historical transactions for the past months and the details like payee etc. instead of putting a lot of unnecessary backgrounds, invest on providing sufficient details of the transactions 3. It takes a while to load the page.
The mobile app doesn’t help at all. History and details of accounts, credit card, are not usually available. Most of the time I need to go to the internet banking instead. However, even there most of the time I only get a message that no available data or information. Please improve on this. Experience is better for other mobile banking apps and therefore I conclude it’s not my internet connection that has a problem.
