The Mediterranean diet is a modern nutritional recommendation originally inspired by the traditional dietary patterns of Greece, Southern Italy, and Spain. The principal aspects of this diet include proportionally high consumption of olive oil, legumes, unrefined cereals, fruits, and vegetables, moderate to high consumption of fish, moderate consumption of dairy products (mostly as cheese and yogurt), moderate wine consumption, and low consumption of non-fish meat and non-fish meat products. Just follow the simple rules, and our application will help you. This app has: - All necessary information about the Mediteranean diet; - Mediteranean diet calculator to estimate your goals; - Diet menu for you to follow; - Weekly meal plan for you to stay on track; - Shopping list; - Additional information that you cannot find online; Note: This app is not a doctor. You follow this advice at your own risk. If you have existing medical conditions that might inhibit your ability to safely transition to low-carb, please consult a qualified medical professional, ideally one supportive of eating low-carb.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app is probably very appealing to those who are into eating these kinds of things, as for me.... Not so much . A very great idea though!
Not great. I'd give zero stars if I could. It's like someone copied and pasted an article from the internet. Incomplete sentences (must be they couldn't copy all the text). The shopping checklist is just suggestions, won't let you MAKE your own list. Waste of $.99
This app has very few recipes and they aren't good. Low-fat dressings are a no-no in my book and it calls for using pancake mix rather than making it from scratch.
App says it has recipes and meal plan- the plan is only for one week and for one person. Not practical for a family! One of the meals is a frozen Amy’s meal. Seems ridiculous.
i love the different recipes this app has and i have already tried some of them and they are great and easy to make, very authentic.
