So this app is only for Vietnamese who live in Vietnam, Vietnamese who is living outside the country cannot create an account because they don’t have Vietnam phone numbers, which is the first requirement for registration.
I’m a young Vietnamese!!! I first downloaded this app just a few minutes ago. And when I create a new account with my email, I received the notification that I’d got one before.... Well..well...You got our private information without any permission, right??? And It is absolutely against what you ‘d said today... Do u think that it is good tobe like that huh??? Sorry but I do not think it is safe to use this app!!! Facebook, Instagram & Twitter are still much better!!!
They have option of signing up using email address. But somehow all of my emails were all ready signed up, which is totally BS. I clicked “forgot password” to see what will happen next. Eventually I had to wait for them to send reset link to my email. It has been hours since then. This is a total failure.
I was surprise that the app automatically sync customer information from VietID, which has same parent company, without asking for user’s permission. I don't feel safe if the app may storage my personal information for different purposes!
Waited for a confirmation email but I never received one. Do you want this app to thrive or not? I don’t live in the U.S but I’d love to support Vietnamese social media. Unfortunately, this app wouldn’t allow me to. I’m disappointed. I’d give this 0 star if I could.
