User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app is doesn’t offer the basic functionality stated on the online website, which funnels you to it. The form validation doesn’t work when adding bank details for reimbursement, and doesn’t offer any tooltips or information on how to resolve the problem.
I have been trying to submit a claim for reimbursement for 3 days. First, it let me do the photo and enter in details, then it blocked me from selecting what kind of treatment it was. Today, I upload the photo and I cannot input anything! What is going on with this?!?
